Eyer AS ("Eyer", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through eyer.ai and how we use it.

Data we collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, company, role, and email address. We use this to respond to your enquiry. We also collect anonymised usage analytics (page views, click events) via PostHog, hosted in the EU. We do not use advertising trackers or share data with third parties for marketing.

Lawful basis

Contact form data is processed under legitimate interest (responding to your request). Analytics data is processed under legitimate interest (improving our service) with IP anonymisation enabled.

Your rights
