By using eyer.ai and Eyer's services, you agree to these terms. Eyer AS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

Use of service

Eyer's platform is provided for lawful operational intelligence purposes. You may not use the service to process data you are not authorised to handle, or in violation of applicable laws.

Intellectual property

Eyer's platform, algorithms, and content are the intellectual property of Eyer AS. Customer data remains the property of the customer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
